You will build and nurture customer relationships within the community while promoting State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely in an agent’s office and explore the path toward becoming a State Farm Agent yourself.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing timely follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including handling inquiries about insurance options, policy changes, claims, billing, and eligibility.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on insurance products.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing goals.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a digital marketing system to promote the office.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Support local community events alongside the agent.
- Help manage the agency’s website and social media content.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a dedicated commitment to daily success.

Qualifications:
- Preferred sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing
- Proven success in meeting sales goals or quotas
- Strong interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Passionate about how insurance and financial products help people manage risks, recover from setbacks, and achieve their dreams
- People-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Proactive problem solver

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
